This run utilizes three of the loops at the Suikerbosrand Nature Park for a varied and challenging run.

From the parking lot, hit the road for 100m, and the trail will start on the left. Stay with the path to the right, and a quick little 65m climb will be up next to get the legs warm. Over the hill and down to finish and you'll finish off Suikerbosrand Loop 1 at the junction.

Next, turn right and a few meters down the path turn right again to start Suikerbosrand Loop 2. A steady climb of 135m gets this loop going. Cross the tar road out and back. Eventually, you'll end up back where you started Suikerbosrand Loop 2.

From here, turn right, and a few meters on, turn right again and start Suikerbosrand Loop 3. This final loop features great descents and ascents and spectacular views. After some ups and downs, you'll end up back where you started. Turn right and right again where Suikerbosrand Loop 2 started/ended. Run up a few meters to Suikerbosrand Loop 1 and turn right again. It is homeward bound from there!
