Leaving the viewpoint of Rola-moça, runners will enjoy crossing the whole mountain along the ridge before a challenging and technical downhill at Dog's Head. There is a car parking lot just at the trailhead!

Leaving the viewpoint, this trail runs up the crest to the Dog's Head. From there, it's downhill and the trail is rough and not advisable for beginners! This is an interesting out and back trail for those who want to cross the mountain range.

Saindo do mirante do rola-moça corre-se pela crista até a cabeça do cachorro. A partir daí é down-hill do bruto e nao aconselhável pra iniciantes! Trilha interessante pra quem quer atravessar a serra do rola-moça
