There isn't really a trail to Fuller Ridge Peak but the peak is relatively easily obtained. Climb steeply in the south direction for 1/6 of mile to obtain the ridge and then follow the ridge the remaining 0.2 miles. Some of the same views to the south can be obtained from the Fuller Ridge trail aka PCT: Warner Springs to Highway 10 (Cabazon), half a mile to the east but the panoramic views from Fuller Ridge Peak shouldn't be passed up given the effort required just to get to the start of this trail.
