The White Trail is basically a road covered with pine straw or grass that is matted down pretty well. There are are also few sections of sugar sand that get noticeably worse the further along the trail you travel. Unless you're looking for a challenge, I don't recommend following the White Trail past the southern intersection with the Blue Trail.
