This road is perfect for trail runners, and it is special because you can have access to a variety of communities; therefore, you never get tired of running in this area.

The route can take you to any place you'd like in the middle of the country. The communities you can visit are Los Frios, Los Montacitos, El Tetero, and the town of Constanza. All these communities are right in the middle of the Dominican Republic.

The route is pretty accessible for runners. The weather is fantastic throughout the whole year, and the view of the mountains is breathtaking.
