Overview

This is a nature trail that is maintained by the BLM. There are multiple information placards all along the trail, making it great for kids to look at and learn more about the outdoors.

Need to Know

All the stream crossings have a bridge, and there are plenty of benches and picnic tables on which to sit and enjoy the views.

Description

The trail is paved all the way up until you hit the small stream where the trail forks to make the loop. Once off the paved section, the path has a nice gravel surface with some sections wide enough for four (or more) people to run side by side, while in other parts it would only allow two.
