Runner Notes
Lots of rocks and roots and not too steep of hills.
Description
This trail begins at the playground right next to the campground entrance. There is no sign so it is impossible to find unless you know it is there. It ends on the other side of the campground road where again, it is unmarked. There is parking. The trail crosses a few dry creek beds and has a couple wooden bridges. There are no steep grades but lots of roots and rocks. At one point, the trail runs by an open glade. Several times it crosses over power line alleys. Overall, this is a quick but beautiful run that is a well-kept trail.
Flora & Fauna
Oak/ hickory woodland, some cedar.
