This trail you can use it at any time in the year. I'd highly recommend this track for trekking and trail running. It is the perfect trail to start doing Trail Run because of the different kind of terrain you can get.

This trail is very straightforward. In the beginning, it is flat. Therefore you save a lot of energy. The trail is a combination of walking through dirt route and through the river, which most of the time below your ankle. It is not a dangerous river because it is not a deep river, very safe one.

There is some altitude difficulties, no majors but you should be ready to get some mountains to go up and down. In the end, it can get hard because of the altitude, and you are tired but finishing it is rewarding.

The production of cocoa represents one of the activities of importance for this area.
