The trail runs through private property that is open for public use. This section of trail is in an area where hunting is allowed in the fall. Dogs are supposed to be on leash.

Description

This is a singletrack trail on part of the Perimeter Loop that is marked by yellow paint on trees at approximately eye level. It is named for the USA Today Newspaper Box that can be found on the side of the trail. When you see it, note that the box is pretty old, and the roadway running next to it is relatively new. Curious.
