This rail trail runs from Stockbridge east to Hamburg. Paved section starts in Pinckney and continues east to Hamburg. The unpaved section from Stockbridge to Pinckney gets heavy use from horses and thus is usually fairly rough. Multiple trailhead parking is available along the trail, including on M-52 in Stockbridge, D-19 crossing in Pinckney, along M-36 at Pettysville, on Merrill Rd, and on Hamburg Rd.
