Description
Start with the singletrack at a recycling center (elev. 680 m), west of Vesio. Stay right and follow this track West and upward. After a turn to the North you'll reach a small doubletrack.
Turn right and follow this track to a junction called La Cocca (994 m). Turn left at marked path #218B. After 3 bends the small doubletrack becomes a pretty nice singletrack (elev.1,180 m).
On the left hand is the valley Valle San Michelle 600 meters below your feet. On your right is the hillside, comprised of crags of limestone. The trail is not too rocky and sometimes tunnels through rough crags.
At a ridge with a nice view down to Lago di Garda, stay left at marked path #218B. Cross the southern hillside of Monte Zenone and some few turns later the marked path #218 will join your track from the right.
Stay straight, now on marked path #218. Also at the next junction stay at your path along the hillside (path #219 to the left: if you want to cut this trail and go back to the start via Valle San Michele; path #220 to the right in 100 meters to Bocca Nansesa, elev. 1,294 m).
Now you'll cross the western hillside of Punta Molvina. The trail turns right and upwards with a few bends to Bocca Fobia (elev. 1,286 m).
From here The Old Military Trail (always marked path #218) leads you downward to the East to Valle di Bondo. The trail is now a little rooty, but not too rocky. A few bends bring you down, crossing a creek. Finally the trail is flat or gently sloped, until it ends at the asphalt road from Vesio to Passo Nota (elev. 880 m).
Depending on your plans, you can shuttle (if you've arranged one) or run back to Voiandes via the asphalt road (not very interesting, though likely has few cars driving it), or if you haven't had enough running, head back along the trail!
