I'd only recommend this to skilled/experienced trail runners.

The beginning of this loop has some of the best views you'll get of Hurst Creek and Lake Travis from this trail system.

This trail is a bit 'loose' with rocks in places, but well worth it once you get on the upper side of the loop. If you runed all the way to the end of the Hurst Hollow Trail, this last loop only adds another 10 minutes to your run :)

Another way to get into this trail is to kayak up from the lake to the shore just off the creek side of the trail and then run it. You can drop your kayak in from the Lakeway City Park just across the hollow (also a great place for a swim).
