Runner Notes

This is a good run with some up and down and only a few ledges or spots with loose branches.

Description

This trail begins at the Upper Gulf Parking Area complete with bathroom and plenty of parking. This trail is marked well but there are some areas of high grass. At one point, you'll leave the woods to go across a one-lane wooden bridge and continue up the hill to the right.

This is a moderately easy trail with many spots that have wooden beams to run on. At points the trail can be very muddy, so be sure to wear shoes with good lugs.

Flora & Fauna

Visit this area in the autumn to see it erupt in fiery fall color.
