Description

North 40 Trail is a fun, short loop. It's generally smooth dirt singletrack, though there are a few interesting spots on slickrock and other rockier features.

Start by running up the gravel road from the parking area, in a tenth of a mile you'll see a sign on your left for North 40, take this left. After a brief climb, you'll enter the loop. The nice thing about North 40 is that none of the climbs are very long, and it undulates nicely. If you're looking for a longer run, combine this with another one of the fantastic trails in the area!

This area is popular with mountain bikers; be aware of your surroundings and of other trail users.

Beautiful run, undulating, lots of slick rock and technical at times.
