This is a multi-use trail that the National Forest Service has marked. The trail is made up of short steep climbs followed by a similar descent. The trail is rocky in places which will make the trail slick after a rain due to the rocks.

There are deer, chipmunks, and other wildlife that might be seen while on the trail.

The trail is generally deserted but is used by horse riders and ATVs and such.
