The trail is two-way and is a multi-use trail. Be aware of bikers using the trails.
Running from north-to-south has slightly more descending.

This trail is easy, smooth (relatively flat, with gently rolling terrain), and very scenic; it's great for families

Partway through this descent, you'll come to a split: go right to drop down to the Hwy 210 parking lot and Loki, or keep left to take the steeper descent of Lower Cathedral to the main parking lot at Chambers Grove park.
