If you start the trail in the Parná Cipó, you'll have to check with the park if it's open. If you start in São José da Serra, then there is no gate, and you can go anytime you want.
Runner Notes
If you start the trail in São José da Serra, I believe you can take your dog with you. But you cannot finish the trail in the park. In Brasil, it`s forbidden to take dogs with you in National Parks.
Description
This trail leads you to one of the most beautiful valleys in Parna Cipó. This is a very nice trail, and you'll run all the time with the valley forming in front of you.
At the end of the trail, you'll hear the waterfalls. There are two canyons that lie just below. One of the canyons has a very large drop. It is possible to go down in the waterfalls to bathe or you can just enjoy the view from the end of the trail.
Flora & Fauna
Take a look at the Sempre-Viva. It looks like a white ball.
