This is a rugged, mostly downhill, trail from Boiling Springs Trail (top and western end) down to Cooper Mill Rd. For the most part, this is a rocky trail with periodic breaks with fewer rocks, but it is great fun if you like that sort of thing. The trail intersects with Rocky Corner Trail, this is an offset intersection and then near the Cooper Mill Rd end it crosses the Mid State Trail.

Watch out for the black drainage pipe about 2/3 of the way down, it is slippery regardless of the weather.
