This is the Ho-Ya-Neh Trail but at the trailhead there is also a sign for the Bear Wallow Trail, which heads to the southeast to the Rock Oak Trail.
The trail takes a right shortly after it starts and stays on top of the hill. If you go straight, on the wide path, you'll be on the Ho-Ya-Neh Trail.
You'll start down a wide logging-like road made of dirt and something like natural oversized gravel, and it's all downhill. It can get steep in spots and may have some ruts.
