If you go counterclockwise, you can run up. The other side is too steep to run (or at least safely run) down.
Description
This is the hardest trail in the Kah-Nee-Ta trail system. If you do this trail counterclockwise, you'll end up having to go down a fairly steep climb coming off the ridge.

Sage brush and the occasional juniper tree dot the landscape.
