This loop is excellent trail for running. Dogs are not allowed on gravel trails, only leashed on paved roads. Watch out for cars on the road portion of the loop.
Description
The Patrick's Point Loop combines the best dirt and gravel trail with the most scenic park access road, capturing the highlights of Patrick's Point State Park.
The trail begins at the beautiful Agate Beach Overlook and takes the
Patrick's Point Rim Trail along the coast to incredible panoramic views from Palmer's Point. The trail circles back on the access road, returning to the Agate Beach Overlook parking area.
Multiple spur trails can be added to the loop trail for a longer outing.
Flora & Fauna
Mountain lion, deer, eagles, hawks, sea birds, sea lions, otters, whales, dolphins, Sitka spruce forest, huckleberry, salmon berry, thimble berry.
