Description

From Ruby Wash Trail, you'll cross a stream to access this loop. Run a beautiful narrow track up through meadows and cottonwood trees, past a couple of old cabins and an even older stone teepee circle. There's a bit of switchbacked climbing to gain the western ridge to the top, but then you get a pretty easy descent back to the trail junction. There are a couple of minor stream crossings that should be easy unless the water is very high.
