The usual wilderness area restrictions and regulations apply. This trail may be closed due to snow between November and May. Late or early season snow may make sections of it hard to follow.

Description

This trail links the Pacific Crest Trail with the northern end of the Sky Lakes Basin. It ends at the Sky Lakes Trail #3762, which can be followed south past several nice lakes to connect with several other trails (Donna Lake Trail, Divide Trail, Cherry Creek Trail) in this area. It passes several small lakes ideal for dispersed camping and offers big views to the south near its junction with the PCT.
