Description

This is a very wide paved path that begins at the main parking area just off of Aldine Westfield Rd. The path is in old forest nearly the whole time, which provides plenty of shade during the summer. The path takes a winding route through the forest, which makes it seem longer, more natural, and quieter. A little over halfway along the path, it crosses over Hall's Bayou on a nice bridge. You'll get nice views of the bayou, which still has natural banks). The trail ends at the Keith-Weiss Pond Loop, which is well worth taking.
