The Picos da Lapinha Circuit begins at the Lapinha village, connecting Lapinha Peak (1590m); Pico Brou (1687m); Greater Peaks (1686m), Medium (1602m) and Smallest (1522m) of the Three Brothers; and passing the peak of /1Pico do Breu (1700m). A short spur trail on the northern end of the circuit leads to Pico do Breu.

It is characterized by the intense climbs and descents much of the way, which makes it a little more demanding and tiring. The landscape of the region is characteristic of Espinhaço, which although it seems to be easy to run, it is not really, because it is full of rocks of varying sizes, which require constant attention and effort to navigate. The vegetation along the trail is rich and varied with an intense color, and you may even spot some endangered species.
