Description

This is a mountain biking area, which is also open to runners. Start out at the parking lot and head south out past the barn area. The first section of the trails heads downhill towards the James River. This section of trail winds through the forest and puts you back out by the river for an awesome view. Continue following the last mile of trail, and it is mostly downhill from here. This last downhill section has a tendency to be a bit more gravelly. This loop will put you out right back at the parking lot.
