Description

This is the shorter, less windinding sister trail to North Croton in the northwestern corner of Pace Bend Park. Like North Croton, this trail should offer some shade so long as the sun isn't right above the trail (e.g. noon). It is shared with bikes, but not horses. Most of the path is pretty flat and smooth, but there are brief rocky sections which make the trail "intermediate" for biking, but pretty easy for running. You can access South Croton from the intersection with the northwestern Trailhead Connector and North Croton or off of Paleface Pass.
