Winter closure (December 1 to April 1) for mule deer protection.

Description

Little Moab is one of many trails that weaves through Sage Hills. This trail is less traveled than most, with some sections becoming narrow, rutted, and overgrown. It is still easy enough to run through and easy to follow the trail. There are a few small and quick dips through cooler canyon rocks (and, if you're lucky, a trickling stream).

Flora & Fauna

Potential for rattlesnakes in summer months. Wildflowers in spring and mule deer.
