Runner Notes
This is a less popular section of the park so you tend to run into fewer people.
Description
This trail is an easy, flat, and downhill trail that follows the creek down to Adams Falls. Although not too technical, this is a fun downhill as you can dodges around trees and jump over the creek as you run. Although dry many times of the year, it still has some nice views and many times there are wildflowers including Trilliums. After crossing the creek at the top of Adams Falls, you'll need to do some work to come back up from that fun downhill section, but it isn't too difficult. The trail will then follow the bluff back to the start.
Flora & Fauna
