Barnicoat Road travels along the ridge between Richmond Hill, Silvan Forest, and the glider launch point beyond. There's some rolling terrain including a good descent that you'll have to climb out of, but overall it's an enjoyable run with frequent views to the ocean over Richmond, Stoke, and Nelson.
