Description

This route starts near the May Valley Loop Trailhead. The gravel path houses the remains of an old road to the summit of Squak Mountain Central Peak that climbs through nice old-growth forest with dense undergrowth. The old road is the most direct route to the summit, climbing ~1,700 ft in 2.7 miles.

The trail allows for access to many other trails that can be used to create a loop with the road.

Great forest & natural scenery. An amazing trail if you want to feel alone in the woods. Still have more to explore there. 3mi
