Primarily a biking trail, and you'll likely encounter some fast moving riders.

Get off the paved path and hit the dirt on Tanglewood Main Loop. This trail is multi-use (bikes/runners) and foot traffic should use the loop clockwise. This is primarily used as a mountain biking trail so expect to see some fast moving bikes on the trail and please be respectful of other users. The trail has great rolling topography with a lot of ups and downs. The trail is mostly packed dirt with small rocks and roots throughout.

If you are paying attention, there is a good chance you'll come across several deer throughout the run. The deer at Tanglewood are very used to people and love to stop and get their photos taken.
