Runner Notes

This is a snowmobile trail; please use caution when traveling in winter.

Description

Starting off Route 113A, head south paralleling Trask Hill Road. The trail passes a Newfoundland crossing sign—it seemed friendly. The trail crosses a few streams and then crosses over Pease Hill Road. The trail follows the northwest corner of Great Hill Pond, then ends at Junction 14. Running left will take you towards Wonalancet and heading right will take you into Hemenway State Forest. At some point, this trail passes by a sign for the Glacier Trail, but I haven't been able to find any information for it. This trail appears on the Ossipee Valley Snowmobile Club trail map.

Flora & Fauna

Eastern Hemlock, Beech, White Pine.
