Description

This trail starts near the South Trailhead and is the most direct route towards the Northwest Trailhead. It follows a well beaten path between rocky bluffs and Crane Creek. The creek has limited water flow unless your run follows a recent rain. Horses are only allowed to use the NW area of the park, which is marked by gated entries.

Flora & Fauna

Ticks, chiggers, and poison ivy can all be found here, so come prepared.
