Description

The White Trail traverses all three sections of the park, though it misses several of the highlights available on other trails like Point Mountain and the Musconetcong River.

The trail starts in the North Section and climbs a 1000 foot mountain (sadly there are no views due to too many trees) before dropping back down to Penwell Road. It then enters the Central Section, crossing Beatty's Brook and circling around another mountain where it joins the Orange Trail. It follows the Orange Trail for a while and then heads off parallel to the Orange Trail below a ridge. It eventually crosses Point Mountain Road, where it enters the South Section. From here, it slowly climbs to its terminus at Mountain Top Road. The last section of the trail crosses a beautiful meadow.
