This trail isn't for the faint of heart, but it is fun. The east side of the trail is the more difficult section. It very rocky with a lot of ankle turners. The trail is well marked but you might miss a sign or two if your eyes are down looking out for the terrain. If you want to add on some mileage, the trail connects to the Joe Clark Nature Trail - Outer Loop or you can make a nice loop of the lake using the short Lake Wilson Road Connector to finish out the loop.
