Winter time traction aides are recommended as ice on parts of the down hill sections are likely.

This is a short connector trail through Joppa Hill Educational Farm. As you pass through, stop for a moment to see and pet the farm animals. Coming from the Parking Lot Connector. Go left and it's downhill along a dirt and gravel road (careful in the winter ice is likely and traction aides are recommended) till you connect with Pulpit Brook Trail (.5mi). Go right and it's a gradual uphill along a dirt and gravel road passing between field of Joppa Hill Educational Farm. Keep your eyes open as your likely to see horses, cows, and other livestock. Either route you'll find yourself crossing between the towns of Bedford and Amherst. Use a section of the Pulpit Brook Trail to complete a loop back to where you started or continue on Pulpit Brook Trail to do some more exploring.
