Description
This is an easy trail at Secor Metropark; as a round trip it is about 1.7 miles. It can be swampy when wet, cold when breezy, and buggy when hot, but the trail is wide open and good for kids (maybe even all terrain strollers/wheel chairs). The trail leaves from the parking lot on the east side of Wolfinger Road and heads southeast though the forest. It crosses a cleared area and splits into a loop just before entering the woods. You can take this loop either direction. There are occasional exposed roots and rocks on this trail but nothing unmanageable.
