Description

The North Fork Campbell Creek Trail is also known as Long Lake Trail and Campbell Creek Canyon Trail. The endpoint, when starting from the Near Point Trail, is also ambiguous as the trail eventually meets with the Williwaw Lakes Trail. There is no defined transition between the two trails.

From the top of Near Point, you'll encounter a series of small peaks that can sap your energy as you descend into the valley. Continuing up-valley east, you'll pass Long Lake prior to ascending up to the un-named (Williwaw?) pass. Please see the Williwaw Lakes Trail for the description of the other side of the pass.

When following the trail west, descending the valley, be cautious to stay on course towards the small peaks as the trail forks to the Dome Trail as well.
