This is a relatively flat gravel trail spanning from McNary Beach to Warehouse Beach east of Umatilla and passing through Hat Rock State Park. It is alongside the Columbia River and has views of Wallula Gap and the Horse Heaven Hills across the river. Parking lots are located at McNary Beach in the west and Hat Rock State Park in the east.

This trail is used by hikers, bicyclists, and equestrians, so be courteous.
