DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multi-use, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for horses and cyclists. It is normally open in any weather although it can close during extended periods of freeze/thaw in the winter.

Description

Switchback starts off of Frank Street and climbs gradually up to the halfway point, after which it descends to its end at Stone Mountain Trail. This trail can be done in conjunction with Frank Street, Sky Valley Road, Rocky Ridge Trail and Stone Mountain Trail to make a short loop.
