Description

Leaving from the visitor center, head east in the parking lot to arrive at the trail. From here you soon pass the North Rim Trail and arrive at Overlook 1. The trail pulls away from the gorge but soon returns to perhaps the biggest view in the park, Inspiration Point.

Continue on from here, turn left and the trail unites with the High Bluff Trail for a short time. Go left as Stone Place Trail goes right. From here you follow an old road through the rolling hills until you reach the parking lot. Cross lot and continue along the edge of the lot to soon complete the loop.
