Overview

Overall, the trails are smooth and winding. The many trails offers the unique opportunity to vary your route to keep it exciting time after time.

Need to Know

The singletrack trail does permit two-way traffic for all trail users without regard to the user's activity. Be aware of and courteous to others on this multi-use trail.

There are not public restrooms available unless you pay the day use fee to access the recreation area. The trail is open to the public and users are not required to pay a fee.

Description

The trail system is comprised of several small segments which allow for a variety of routes and distances.

The trails are heavily wooded which provides significant shading, however it is not heavily rooted allowing for a good footing and a smooth and steady pace. The eastern side of the loop heads through more dense woods with many winding turns.

The western side of the loop follows along the shore of the lake, and there are many areas to view the lake and watch the sun set if your timing is right.
