Description

I don't know how to convey just how beautiful this place is. It's a worthy trail for any serious runner. At the same time, unlike most runs in the Wasatch, I do not recommend doing this one alone. There is at least one mountain lion that lives in the canyon, and there are many moose. Watch out for hunters too.

The trail is difficult to follow. If in doubt, just follow the drainage.
