A wide trail that's perfect for those looking for an easier run. It completely encircles one of Iowa's premier recreation areas in north-central Iowa and has several other trails that branch off. It takes you through a nice diversity of woodlands and open country with a great mix of fast descents, steep ascents and tight corners as well as straight, flat, trails. Not a bad trail for the flat country of north-central Iowa!
