Description
The Mountain Creek Trail connects the
Lake Placid Trail to Sulfer Springs Trail. It is singletrack with enough mild technical challenges to keep it interesting, with a few roots and rocks on the trail and plenty of zig zagging through the woods. The route is marked with orange blazes.
At mile 0.75, take a right to stay on the trail. There is a sign that says "Sulfur Springs this direction" and Mountain Creek the other. It is still Mountain Creek for 0.5 miles and will end where Sulfur Springs crosses the paved road. This trail is perfect for beginners, but should never get old. Keep going on the
Sulfur Springs Loop Trail for a real challenge.
