Easy access and easy parking.

This 7.15-mile wooded trail is nice and quiet. The trail has a few areas with prominent roots, but nothing too tricky. There are some shorter, steeper climbs as well as longer more gradual grades to give good variety. I've been on this trail three times and have only encountered another person on it once. There is not much traffic, so expect some spider webs in the summer time. It is a great run!

If morning time or later in the afternoon, it is likely you'll see some deer.
