Starting out at the beach and playground area there is plenty of parking available with easy access to the paved trail. Once halfway around Wirth Lake, you'll come to a boardwalk or dock that goes over the water where you can take in the views of the lake on a few on the benches complete with pergola-type roof. Then continue on the paved surface to finish off the lake loop. There are plenty of picnic tables across the street as well to have some lunch.
