Trailhead parking for this trail is at Rob Brook Road; please don't block the Forest Service gate. This trail is typically used by bicyclists and skiers. Follow the blue plastic diamonds.

This trail starts about 0.1 mi. north of the Nanamocomuck. There will be a sign (on the right) before the gate to Adams Lane. The trail follows Adams Lane for 0.8 miles to Paugus Link. Paugus Link is a small connector to the Nanamocomuck. Paugus Trail continues following Adams Lane for another 0.2 miles until it turns into the woods. In another 0.2 miles, the trail runs into the Nanamocomuck Trail (on the left and right).
