Description
This trail begins at the terminus of the
Farkleberry Trail. It is one of the two main loops that make up this trail system at the state park. It is a soft surface path that is heavily wooded for the majority of the time. The trail can be enjoyed in either direction with some seating options near the beginning of the trail providing a nice place to have a snack and enjoy some bird viewing. The trail meanders through the thick brush of the area, but opens occasionally providing nice wildlife viewing opportunities. Approximately halfway through the loop you pass a small pond that is often teeming with bird life. Overall it's a nice trail and a great way to enjoy your time at the state park.
